3 medium avocados (ripe)
Add the lemon juice and salt to the mixing bowl and mash together until it reaches your desired consistency (for more texture, leave some avocado chunks unmashed).
2 tablespoon lemon or lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
Stir in the chopped onions, jalapeñno, tomatoes and cilantro. Mix until combined.
1/3 cup red onion (diced), 1 medium tomato, diced, optional* 1 tablespoon Jalapeño (de-seeded and chopped), 1/4 cup cilantro (finely chopped)
- Substitute the jalapeño with 1/4 chopped green pepper.
- For delicious guacamole, it's best to use fresh lemon or lime juice instead of bottled versions. The bottled juice can make the guacamole taste too sour.
- The guacamole will last up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
