Healthy Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Dressing

- 1 lb strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 mandarin oranges
- 2 apples
- 6 basil leaves
- 2 tsp lime zest
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or sweetener of choice
- sea salt to taste
To prepare the fruit salad, wash each fruit thoroughly and cut them into small, bite-sized pieces. Once you have finished preparing all the fruits, mix them together in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl combine the lime zest, lime juice, honey and sea salt. Adjust any of the flavours at this stage.
6 basil leaves, 2 tsp lime zest, 1 tbsp lime juice, sea salt to taste, 2 tablespoons honey or sweetener of choice
Pour the dressing over the fruit salad and toss to coat evenly. Add fresh basil on top of the fruit salad and serve immediately.
- If you're not planning to serve the fruit salad right away, it's best to cover it and refrigerate it.
