High Protein Cottage Cheese Dip

This deliciously whipped and creamy High Protein Cottage Cheese Dip is the perfect appetizer or snack for summer. Made with just a few simple ingredients, it’s packed with over 40 grams of protein per batch and takes less than 5 minutes to prepare. Blended with cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and chili oil, keep a big batch in the fridge and enjoy it all summer long!

Servings 1 1/2 cup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cottage cheese (low or full fat)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Chili oil, see note
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt, or to taste
  • optional* 1 teaspoon Sumac

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, chili oil, honey, dried parsley, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. This should only take about 30 seconds to a minute.
    1 cup Cottage cheese (low or full fat), 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 2 teaspoons Chili oil,, 1 tablespoon Honey, 1 teaspoon Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Parsley flakes, 1/2 teaspoon Salt,
  • Scoop the dip into your favorite bowl and top it with a sprinkle of sumac, an extra drizzle of honey, and more chili oil. Serve with fresh baguette slices, pita chips, or crisp veggies for dipping.
